Queenstown to Franz Josef -Feb 6th

Our 8hr bus ride today was another adventure. This time our young driver was from Dublin !! He moved to NZ 2yrs ago and said he is never going back :( he sure knew his history/geography of the areas we passed he was one of the better driver/guides we have encountered. As you can see from the order of the photos the scenery changes constantly at every twist and turn from lakes, farmland, mountains, ocean, farmland and finally mountains again. I hope all the history and georgraphy information realated to us has gone into my memory bank because at this point I am on information overload and just sit back and enjoy the experience. The ice cream here is great I have a hard time walking past it everyday. Weather today was sunny but cold 13c looking forward to heat when we arrive in Sydney on Saturday
